Dover Fountain Cover

The brief for this competition was to design a cover for an antique fountain to protect it during the winter months. It also needed to accommodate the Olympic torch which was passing through the town on the way to London. This made me think that an adaptive design that could accommodate multiple community events such as markets, outdoor screenings etc... would be the best approach to this design
